Relevance contains communicators'abilities and preferences. This article represents the effort of applying related theories to the reading of such abilities and preferences in police interrogation records and revealing how they influence the effectiveness of such interrogations. This revelation provides the following likelihood: those who might be victims of such interrogations may be protected.
