摘要
一直以来,美国政府不断改革教师教育政策,致力于提高学生学业成就。近年来,美国进一步强化教师教育改革政策,出台有关法案、报告和计划。其中,较有代表性的政策文本包括:《转变教学:连接专业责任与学生的学习》、《我们的未来,我们的教师:奥巴马政府教师教育改革与改进计划》、《"RESPECT"计划:构思21世纪的教学职业》和《教师准备改革法案》等。当前,美国教师教育改革政策的主要特点表现为政治驱动、标准本位、合作伙伴和效能导向。
The government of the United States has been working on teacher education policy and student achievement. The government has issued a series of educational acts, reports and programs in recent years. Among them, the representative policy documents include: “Our Future, Our Teachers: The Obama Administration's Plan for Teacher Education Reform and Improvement”; “Transforming Teaching: Connecting Professional Responsibili-ty with Student Learning”; “RESPECT Project:Envisioning a Teaching Profession for the 21st century”;“The Ed-ucator Preparation Reform Act” and so on. The main characteristics of teacher education policies exhibit as politi-cally driven, standards-based, focusing on partnerships and driven by effectiveness.
