摘要
教师专业标准规定教师从事教育教学工作必须达到的专业要求,同时也反映了人们对教师职业所应具备的专业素养之研究成果的共识。教师评价素养是各国教师专业标准非常重要的组成部分。从标准内容看,教师评价素养即选择并运用适当的评价方式收集、分析和使用评价信息促进学习、改进教学的意向、知识和能力。同时,各标准中的教师评价素养集中体现了以下基本理念:(1)评价促进学生的学习;(2)评价引领教师的教学;(3)评价贯穿于教与学的始终。
Teacher professional standards regulate professional requirements that teachers should meet when they practice teaching and meanwhile reflect the consensus of research outcome on the construction of professional literacy that teachers should possess. Teacher assessment literacy is a fundamental part of every country's teacher professional standards. In terms of the content of the standards, teacher assessment literacy means the disposition, knowledge and performance of choosing and using appropriate assessment methods to collect, analyze and use as- sessment information to promote learning and teaching. Meanwhile, teacher assessment literacy required by differ-ent sets of standards all epitomizes the following concepts : ( 1 ) assessment promotes students' learning; (2)assess-ment guides teachers' teaching; (3)assessment intersects with teaching and learning.
