白术挥发油及其溶液氧化分解稳定性条件的分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用超临界CO2萃取白术挥发油,然后将挥发油及其有机溶液分别放置室外晴天(20~29℃);室外阴天(15~21℃);室外避光水浴30℃;室内室温和室内避光条件下氧化分解,以苍术酮为氧化分解指标,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)跟踪检测,依据标准曲线计算苍术酮浓度和剩余苍术酮百分含量。结果白术挥发油有机溶液在室外晴天,室外阴天和室外避光水浴30℃放置7h,剩余苍术酮百分含量分别为0、54.80%和63.9%;而白术挥发油在室外晴天放置48h,在室内和室内避光条件下放置96h,剩余苍术酮百分含量分别为1.92%、60.43%和80.33%。 The volatile oil from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz was extracted by supercritical COs. The volatile oil and its organic solution were subjected to oxidation and decomposition, respectively under the different conditions. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was employed to analyze the percentage of remained atractylon in the volatile oil and its organic solution. The results showed that the percentage of remained atractylon corresponded to 0,54. 80% and 63.9% when placing the volatile oil organic solution 7h under sunlight outdoor,cloudy outdoor and lightless outdoor(30 ℃ water bath),and the percentage of remained atractylon corresponded to t. 92%,60. 43% and 80. 33% when placing volatile oil 48 h under sunlight outdoor,96 h under indoor and lightless indoor,respectively.
