摘要
选用4种表面活性物质为助磨剂,按4因素3水平正交设计表进行复合并进行小磨试验,测试水泥的细度、比表面积、粒度分布以及力学性能,评价助磨效果;分析各组分的影响,寻找出最优配比;采用XRD、SEM对其水化产物进行微观分析,探索助磨剂的助磨机理。
In this paper, four kinds of surface active substances used as grinding aids,composite grinding aid were composed by orthogonal design,The fineness,specific surface area,particle size distribution and mechanical properties of the cement were test- ed after grinding experiment, and grinding effect was evaluated. Analyze the influence of each component,to find out the optimal ratio of grinding aid:The hydration products were analyzed by XRD,SEM,and the grinding mechanism was explored.
