摘要
为了改善纤维增强复合保温板的性能,从提高其抗压强度、抗拉强度,降低其干密度和吸水率等方面进行研究。试验结果表明,通过掺加NK-YB03改性剂、VAE乳液,能显著降低纤维增强复合保温板的干密度和吸水率,提高其抗压和抗拉强度,克服纤维增强复合保温板干密度偏大、抗拉强度低、吸水率高的缺陷。
In order to improve the performance of fiber reinforced composite insulation panels, this paper studies on how to improve the compressive strength,tensile strength,and reduce the density,and water absorption. Experimental results show that the dry density,water absorption of fiber reinforced composite insulation panels can be reduced and the compressive strength,tensile strength can be improved by adding NK-YB03 additive, VAE emulsion. And the defects of fiber reinforced composite insulation panels such as high density,low tensile strength and high water absorption can be overcome.
