摘要
介绍了一种高性能建筑外墙用氟碳弹性涂料的制备方法,并对其性能进行了检测。分别进行了乳液的选用、原材料的筛选以及对涂膜性能产生影响主要因素的考察,结果表明,该涂料的拉伸强度为1.7 MPa、断裂延伸率为280%,符合JG/T 172—2005《建筑弹性涂料》标准的要求;同时其耐沾污性为15%、耐人工老化性为1000 h,远优于标准要求,具备了氟碳涂料的优良性能。
A preparation method of a high performance elasticity of fluorocarbon coating for exterior wall was introduced and the performances of the coating were detected. The emulsion selection,selection of raw materials and other main factors affecting the film properties were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation were 1.7 MPa and 280% respectve- ly,which meet the requirements of JG/T 172-2005 "elastic coating". While its stain resistance and resistance to artificial aging were 15% and 1000 h,which were much higher than the requirements of the standard,so this coating has the excellent perfor- mance of the fluorocarbon coating.
