Based on in-depth analysis of aminosulfonic-based superplasticizer reaction mechanism,make full use of the synthesis reaction heat to meet the required temperature,the entire production process without external heat source heating shorten the production cycle,improve production efficiency and reduce the production energy consumption. The product performance is superior and the production process is stable.
