川渝输气管外壁3PE防蚀层的吸水性能 被引量:1

摘要 长距离埋地输气管线外壁防腐蚀3层PE(3PE层)的吸水性能对其长期安全运行至关重要。采用电化学阻抗谱、线性极化、红外光谱、SEM等方法研究了川渝段输气管道外壁3PE层的吸水性能。结果表明:水在3PE层中产生物理渗透,其阴离子种类和pH值对3PE层的吸水性能有一定的影响,吸水率可视为溶液局部渗透3PE层的概率。加强3PE层的防物理渗透是延长管线使用寿命的关键。 An electrochemical test device,a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and a scanning electron microscope were performed to investigate the water-absorbing performance of the three-layer polyethylene( denoted as 3PE) anticorrosive coatings of the gas transmission pipelines from Sichuan to Chongqing. Results indicated that water physically penetrated into the 3PE coatings,while the types of anion and pH value had some influences on the water-absorbing performance of the 3PE coatings. Besides,water absorption rate of the 3PE coatings could be described as the probability for solution to penetrate into the 3PE coatings. Therefore,it was imperative to improve the resistance of the 3PE coatings against physical permeability so as to extend their service lifetime.
