黄芪麻口病发生原因探析

Cause Analysis of Makou Disease in Astragallus mongholicus

为明确引起"黄芪麻口病"的主要原因,通过田间调查、室内病原线虫和病原菌分离、致病性测定、田间地下害虫回接试验进行分析。结果表明,在麻口病标样上未检测到病原线虫,分离到的病原菌以茄病镰孢、尖孢镰孢为主,发现引起"黄芪麻口病"的主要原因是黄芪根瘤象幼虫为害黄芪根部。说明黄芪根瘤象为害黄芪根部是造成黄芪麻口病的主要原因。并且黄芪根瘤象是首次在中国发现,为中国新记录种。

To clear the main reason of Markou disease in Astragallus mongholicus,this study was conducted the field investigation,isolated pathogenic nematodes and pathogenic fungus in the laboratory and relocated the soil insects.The results showed that the primary pathogens isolated from the sample were Fusarium solani and Fusarium oxysporum,but plant pathogenic nematodes were not detected.The study indicated the major reason of causing Makou disease was that larvaes of Sitona ophthalmicus Desbrochers harmed the roots of Astragallusmongholicus.The Sitona ophtalmicus Desbrochers was first found in China,and it was a new record species to China.
