应用隶属函数法综合评价酸枣种子性状及营养成分 被引量:8

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Character and Fruit Nourishment Component of Wild Jujube Seed by Subordinate Function

摘要 以不同产地的15种酸枣种子为试材,研究种子性状和营养成分的分布规律。结果表明:①酸枣种子基本属于卵圆形,果核核型指数多分布在1.21~1.30,占总资源的40.0%;②出仁率最高值为24.56%,多分布在13.50%~15.00%,占总资源的40.00%;③酸枣仁中同样含有较高的营养成分,可溶性蛋白质量分数多为0.7~0.8mg/g,维生素C质量分数最高为3.0~4.0mg/g;④酸枣在长期实生繁殖中双仁率变异较大,而核体积变异较小;⑤单核质量可以作为双仁数量及千仁质量的预选指标,单核质量与单仁质量及双仁率均呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.5以上;⑥应用隶属函数值法科学地筛选出种子特征优良程度较高的3种酸枣类型,即SX9、SX10和SX11。 In order to study the rule of nutritional components distribution and the character of seeds,sour jujube seeds of 15species were analyzed in this paper.The results showed that①The shape of sour jujube seeds was oval,and the pyrenes karyotype index was 1.21-1.30,the percentage was 40.0%.② The highest kernel rate was 24.56%,and other species were between 13.50% and 15.00%,it accounts for 40.00% of the total resource.③The nutritional components of sour seeds were high,mass fraction of soluble protein was in 0.7-0.8mg/g,and vitamin C was in 3.0-4.0 mg/g.④ Rate of double kemels showed the largest variation coeffieient and kernel volume changed small in the long-term seeding reproductive process of wild jujube.⑤ The mass of single pit should be chiefly index of double kernel quantity and the mass of thousands kernels.There was a significant and positive correlation between the mass of single pit with the mass of single kernel and rate of double kernel.The correlation coeffieient was greater than 0.5.⑥Three elite species of sour jujubes were screened by subordinate function value method,they were SX9,SX10and SX11.
