棉花秋后残膜回收与茎秆粉碎联合作业机设计 被引量:12

摘要 为了治理新疆地区棉花铺膜种植产生大量的残膜污染问题,设计一种棉花秋后残膜回收与茎秆粉碎联合作业机。该机主要由棉秸秆粉碎还田装置、残膜捡拾回收装置和集膜卸膜装置3个部分组成,可以一次完成残膜收膜和棉秆粉碎还田两道工序。介绍4SJ-2.0残膜回收与茎秆粉碎联合作业机的基本结构和工作原理。田间试验表明:当机具作业速度为5.5km/h,茎秆粉碎甩刀转速为1 700r/min,残膜捡拾滚筒转速为110r/min,残膜输送叶轮转速为220r/min时,作业效果最理想。 In order to solve the large amounts of plastic film pollution problems of filming planting of cotton in Xinjiang province,designed a joint operation machine of plastic film recycling and stem crushing for cotton harvested.It mainly consists of three composition of cotton straw chopper device,plastic film to pick up the recovery unit and set the film unloading film device,the excess film the closing membrane and cotton stalk breaking land two processes can be completed at the same time.Introduced the structure and working principle of the 4SJ-2.0plastic film recycling and stem crushed combined machine.The experiments shown that when the Machines operating speed is 5.5km/h,stem crushing flail speed is 1 700r/min,plastic film to pick up the roller speed is 110r/min,plastic film conveying the impeller speed is 220r/min,the result is the best.
