Vita比色板再现天然牙色的结果分析

REPRODUCTION OF TOOTH COLOR WITH THE AID OF VITA COLORIMETRIC PLATE

目的研究探讨Vita比色板再现天然牙色的可能性。方法由经过训练的医师在门诊用Vita比色板对照 1335例患者天然牙色进行记录和分析。结果天然牙色与比色板一致的 497例 ,占 37.2 3% ;不一致的 838例 ,占 6 2 .77%。 838例中 ,311例天然牙色介于比色板相邻颜色之间 ,45 1例天然牙色切端和颈部分别与比色板的2个色调相近 ,76例为四环素牙、氟斑牙等特殊颜色。 6 1.72 %的天然牙色在比色板的A系列中。结论Vita比色板颜色范围太窄 ,不能满足临床需要。

ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility of Vita colorimetric plate in the reproduction of tooth color.MethodsComparison between Vita colorimetric plate and natural tooth color of 1 335 patients was recorded and analyzed by trained dentists in dental clinic. ResultsAmong the 1 335 patients, the number of correspondence to natural tooth colors, which could be found in Vita colorimetric plate, was 497 cases ( 37.23 % ),while in the other 838 cases, no correspondence to natural tooth colors could be found in Vita colorimetric plate. Among the 838 cases, the natural colors of tooth were between two adjoining colors in the plate in 311 cases, the incisal edge and neck of tooth matched different colors respectively in the plate were found in 451 cases. The other 76 cases showed special colors, such as tetracycline pigmentation, mottled enamel, etc. 61.72 % of natural tooth color belonged to A series in the colorimetric plate. ConclusionVita colorimetric plate is too narrow in colors to meet clinical need.
