茱萸颗粒剂治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床研究

Clinical Research on Treatment of Acute Viral Myocarditis with Zhuyu Granule

目的探讨中药茱萸颗粒剂对病毒性心肌炎的临床作用及对免疫功能的影响。方法临床运用茱萸颗粒剂治疗病毒性心肌炎３６例，并与西药１２例对照比较。结果茱萸颗粒剂在改善心功能和心律失常、增高ＮＫＣ活性及ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８方面均优于对照组。结论茱萸颗粒剂能显著提高免疫功能，有助于减轻心肌细胞的免疫损伤，改善心功能，减少心率失常的发生，对病毒性心肌炎产生良好的治疗作用。

OBFECTIVE To investigate into the clinical effect of the Chinese medicine Zhuyu Granule on vied myocarditis and immunity. METHOD 36 cases of vied myocarditis were treated with Zhuyu Granule, compared with a control group of 12 patients treated with wese- ern medicine. RESULT Zhuyu Granule achieved better effect in the treatment group than in the control group in improving the heart functions, preventing arrhythmia and increasing NKC activity, CD4 and CD4/CD8. CONCLUSION Zhuyu Granule can markedly enhance immunity, reduce the damage to the immunity of myocardium cells, improve the functions of the heart, reduce the occurrence of the arrhythmia, and therefore has good therapeutic effect on viral myocarditis.
