摘要
首位产业是区域产业体系中最具主导性、竞争力及在区域经济中具有很大贡献度的产业,其兼具主导产业与支柱产业的特征,是区域产业结构演替中特定阶段的产物,在区域经济发展中起着核心作用。首位产业的选择应在发展基础与条件分析的前提下,综合考虑产业带动性、发展前景、竞争力与贡献度等因素。通过对芜湖市产业体系的综合分析,认为其应以包含交通运输设备制造、通用设备制造、专用设备制造以及电气机械与器材制造等在内的汽车及装备制造业作为重点扶持发展的首位产业。
The prime industry is the most dominant and competitive industry in the regional industrial system which also makes great contribution to the regional economics.It has the characteristics of both the leading industry and mainstay industry,and it is the product of a particular stage in the succession of regional industrial structure,playing a central role in the regional development.On the basis of the development foundation and condition analysis,the prime industry should be selected by considering the factors such as the industrial promotion,development prospects,competitiveness and the contribution to the regional economics.Through the comprehensive analysis of the industrial system of Wuhu City,the automobile and equipment manufacturing industry should be selected as the prime industry,which contain the transportation equipment manufacturing,general equipment manufacturing,special equipment manufacturing and electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing.
