摘要 试验探讨了不同水平杂粕饲粮中添加复合酶制剂对肉仔鸡生产性能和养分消化利用的影响。采用3x2两因子析因试验设计,A因子为复合酶制剂的添加量(0、250、500g/t,即A1、A2、A3),B因子为杂粕水平【0~21日龄:7%和15%gr(B】和B2);22~42日龄:12%和20%(B1和B2)】。将396只AA肉仔鸡(公雏)随机分为6组,每组6个重复.每个重复11只鸡。结果表明:随着复合酶制剂添加水平的提高,21—42日龄肉仔鸡体增重(B'WG)和平均日增重(ADG)均有增高的趋势(P=0.079),而料重比(F/G)呈下降的趋势(P=0.133)。0~21日龄A,组干物质和氮的排出量均显著高于A,组和&组(P〈0.05)。添加复合酶制剂有提高O一21日龄干物质、氮和总能食入量的趋势(p=-0.134.P=0.069,P=0.151)。段组肉仔鸡22—42日龄BWG和ADG显著降低(P〈0.05),而料重比(F/G)显著提高(P〈0.05)。0~21日龄B,组干物质消化率和总能代谢率均显著低于B,组(P〈0.05),而氮的食入量和排出量、能量排出量均显著高于B,组(P〈0.05)。A~B对22~42日龄ADG、BWG和0—21日龄氮食入量均有一定程度的影响(P=0.057,P=0.088,P=-0.069),且显著影响22—42日龄氮的存留率(P〈0.05)。 The expirement was conducted to study the effects of complex enzyme on growth performance and nutrient utilization of broilers fed diets containing different corn/soybean/rapeseed-cottonseed meals.The trial was a 3x2 factorial design.Factor A was different enzymes additive levels (A1,A2,A3 received basal diets supplement with enzyme at 0,250,500 g/t, respectively ) .Factor B was two levels of corn/soybean/rapeseed-cottonseed meals basic diets (0 - 21 days: B1 was 7% ,B2 was 15% ;22 - 42 days :B1 was 12% ,B2 was 20% ).A total of 396 1-day-old male AA broilers were ran- domly allocated into 6 dietary treatments with 6 replicates of 11 each.The results showed that:with enzyme levels increas- ing, average daily gain (ADG) and body weight gain (BWG)at 21 ~ 42 days increased (P=-0.079,P=-0.114), but feed/gain (F/G) decreased (P=0.133).Dry matter(DM) and N output of A3 group were higher than those of A1 group and A2 group at 0 - 21 days (P 〈 0.05).DM,N and energy input at 0 ~ 21 days increased with the dose of enzyme increasing (P= 0.134,P=-0.069,P=0.151 ).ADG and BWG at 22 - 42 days of B2 group were significantly lower than those of B1 group,but the reverse case was for F/G (P 〈 0.05).DM digestibility and energy utilization were significantly lower than those of B1 group at 0 - 21 days,but the reverse case was for input and output of N and energy output (P 〈 0.05).There was a certain extent effect on ADG,BWG at 22 - 42 days and N input at 0- 21 days(P=O.O57,P=O.O88,P=O.O69).Retention rate of N at 22 - 42 rlnvs was significnntlv chnnerd hv AxB(P 〈 0.05).
