蒲公英对放牧肉牛血清代谢产物及增重的影响 被引量:11

Effects of taraxacum mongolicum on serum metabolites and weight gain in grazing beef cattle

摘要 本试验旨在测定放牧条件下,蒲公英对肉牛血清代谢产物和增重的影响。试验选用健康的初始重约为419 kg的西门塔尔杂交肉牛16头,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复1头牛。肉牛放牧采食的同时,试验各组按精料补饲量的0.0%、2.0%、4.0%和6.0%每头每天分别饲喂0.00 kg(对照组)、0.05 kg(L组)、0.10 kg(M组)和0.15 kg(H组)蒲公英草粉(风干重)。预饲期10 d,试验期30 d。结果表明:(1)肉牛日粮中添加蒲公英草粉,可显著提高日增重,提高血清葡萄糖、总蛋白、球蛋白的含量(P<0.05),M组、H组日增重分别较L组提高30.90%、37.84%,较对照组提高39.30%、46.69%;(2)肉牛日粮中添加蒲公英草粉,显著降低了血清尿素氮的含量(P<0.05),血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白含量也有降低趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,添加蒲公英草粉可有效改善放牧肉牛血清代谢产物,显著促进肉牛增重。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of taraxacum mongolicum on weight gain and serum metabolism of grazing beef cattle. Under the same raising management condition, a total of 16 Sanjiang Plain healthy beef cattle with initial body weight about 419 kg were divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates of 1 each,which were fed with 0 (control group),0.05 (low level group),0.10 (middle level group),0.15 kg/d .head (high level group) taraxacum mongolicum,respectively, according to 0.0%, 2.0% ,4.0% and 6.0% concentrate supplementation amount.Pre-trial period was 10 d,and the trial period was 30 d.The results showed that: (1)Daily gain and the glucose,total protein,globulin concentrations in serum of grazing beef cattle significantly increased with taraxacum mongolicum meal supplement (P 〈 0.05 ).The daily gain of middle and high levels group were 30.90% and 37.84% higher than that of low level group, 39.30 % and 46.69 % higher than that of control group.(2)The urea nitrogen in serum significantly deceased (P 〈 0.05). The albumin,total cholesterol,total triglyeeride,high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein in serum all had a tendency to reduce,but the differences were not significant (P 〉 0.05).The results indicated that the effect of taraxacum mongolieum on increasing weight gain and improving serum metablism of grazing beef cattle was significant.
