摘要
本试验旨在研究不同添加量的植物甾醇对生长肥育猪生长性能、血清指标及抗氧化指标的影响。选取日龄相近、体重50 kg左右的肥育猪150头,随机分为5个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复10头。植物甾醇在日粮中添加量依次为0、50、100、150 mg/kg和200 mg/kg。结果表明:(1)150 mg/kg植物甾醇组和200 mg/kg植物甾醇组采食量分别比对照组提高5.14%(P<0.05)和6.54%(P<0.05),平均日增重分别比对照组提高10.29%(P<0.05)和14.71%(P<0.05),料重比分别比对照组降低5%(P<0.05)和7.3%(P<0.05)。(2)植物甾醇可以显著提高锰超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)的活力,添加150 mg/kg植物甾醇,试验猪的MnSOD的活力比对照组提高13.11%(P<0.05)。(3)150 mg/kg植物甾醇组和200 mg/kg植物甾醇组血清白蛋白(Alb)分别比对照组提高10.16%(P<0.05)和7.97%(P<0.05),血清球蛋白(Glo)分别比对照组提高11.57%(P<0.05)和9.25%(P<0.05),血清白蛋白(Alb)和血清球蛋白(Glo)的比值(A/G)分别比对照组降低2.17%(P<0.05)和2.17%(P<0.05),从而在一定程度上提高了育肥猪的免疫能力。由此可见,从育肥猪的生长性能和免疫功能考虑,建议在育肥猪日粮中添加200 mg/kg的植物甾醇;从育肥猪的抗氧化性能考虑,建议在育肥猪日粮中添加150 mg/kg的植物甾醇。
The study aimed to study the effects of different phytosterol content on growth performance,blood bio- chemical index,and antioxidant index.150 fattening pigs with 50 kg body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates of 10 each.The dietary plant sterols supplementation levels were 0,50,100,150 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg,re- spectively.The results show that: (1)compared with control group,feed intake of 150 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg adding group increased by 5.14%(P 〈 0.05)and 6.54% (P 〈 0.05),the average daily gain increased by 10.29% (P 〈 0.05)and 14.71 (P 〈 0.05),the feed to gain ratio increased by 5%(P 〈 0.05)and 7.3%(P 〈 0.05). (2)plant sterols could significantly im- prove the manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD)activity,which of 150 mg/kg group increased by 13.11% compared with control group (P 〈 0.05). (3)compared with control group, sterols serum albumin of 150 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg adding group increased by 10.16%(P 〈 0.05)and 7.97%(P 〈 0.05),the serum Globulin increased by 11.57%(P 〈 0.05)and 9.25% (P 〈 0.05), the serum albumin and serum globulin ratio (A/G)both decreased by 2.17% (P 〈 0.05 ), thus improving the pig's immune ability to a certain extent.The results indicated that the pig growth performance and immune perfor- mance considered,the optimum adding level of phytosterol was 200 mg/kg in finishing rations ;the increase of antioxidant performance considered,the optimum adding level was 150 mg/kg in finishing rations.
