Empirical Study on Government Information Publicity in Shaanxi Province

通过陕西省各级政府的门户网站对《政府信息公开条例》中包含的组织配套、制度配套、主动公开、监督救济四个方面的实施状况进行检测和调研,以表格化的形式展现出调研结果,可以客观地反映出陕西省各级政府对《条例》的实施状况,在肯定成效的同时,结合有关理论指出陕西省实施《条例》过程中存在问题,进而提出了一些可操作性的应对措施,具有实际意义。

By detecting and investigating the implementation condition of four areas, i.e. the supporting organization, the supporting system and the initiative publicity as well as the supervision and relief, contained in the Government Information Publicity Regulation through the portals of all government levels in Shaanxi province, this paper shows the survey result in the form of tables which reflect objectively the implementation condition by all levels of government in Shaanxi province. Whilst confirming effectiveness, it also puts forward some feasible countermeasures by combing related theories and figuring out the problems in the process of implementation.
