摘要
目的 :对自行研制的医用可吸收内固定材料 L/DL-聚乳酸〔P(L/DL) L A〕的体外生物相容性进行评价。方法 :使用细胞毒性试验、溶血试验和热原试验等 3种方法。结果 :1培养的 L92 9小鼠成纤维细胞经P(L/DL) L A浸提液或降解液处理后形态良好 ,增殖旺盛 ,材料毒性评级为 0~ 1级 ;2溶血率为 2 .6 5 % (小于5 % ) ,符合溶血试验标准要求 ;3无热原反应。结论 :P(L/DL) L
objective:To evaluate the biocompatibility of absorbable P(L/DL)LA in vitro .Methods:The cytotoxicity,hemolysis and pyrogen were tested with standard method.Results:①There was no obvious change of cells attachment,morphology,and proliferation after L929 mouse fibroblasts had been treated by extracts or degradation products.The toxicity gradation of the material was 0~1,measured by A value of MTT assay;②hemolysis ratio was 2.65%;③there was no pyrogen reaction.Conclusion:The P(L/DL)LA is biocompatible to cultured cells.
