摘要
目的 :测试并分析新型种植体及钛种植体与骨的剪切强度。方法 :以 Beagle犬为实验对象 ,羟基磷灰石 (HA)涂层钛种植体及钛合金种植体为对照 ,用力学测试方法研究新型种植体——氮化硅复合羟基磷灰石涂层种植体和单一氮化硅种植体植入股骨后 ,不同时期种植体 -骨界面的剪切强度。结果 :两种有涂层的种植体植入后 1个月 ,其界面剪切强度高于非涂层者 ,但 3个月后实验组的两种种植体界面剪切强度明显高于对照组 ,与骨形成更牢固的骨性结合。结论
objective:To study the shearing strength of bone interface with silicon nitride composite coated(Si 3N 4 HA) implant.Methods:Si 3N 4 HA and Si 3N 4 were implanted into femur of Beagle dogs.1 and 3 months after implantation shear strength of bone interface with the materials was examined with mechanic testing method. Ti HA and Ti were used as the controls.Results:The shear strength values (MPa) of the bone interface with Si 3N 4 HA,SiN 4,Ti HA or Ti were 2.64±0.81,1.91±0.78,2.45±0.08 and 1.75±0.74 ( P < 0.01 ) respectively 1 month after implantation;those were 13.93±1.87,13.55±1.62,12.45±1.58 and 10.70±1.93 ( P <0.01) 3 months after implantation.Conclusion:Si 3N 4 HA may induce stronger shearing strength with bone interface.
