面部皮损的病理与高频电刀治疗效果的临床研究

Pathological charateristics and treatment of facial skin lesions with electric knife

目的 :说明面部皮损的病因、组织病理对其美容治疗及效果的影响。方法 :采用 XH- I型超高频美容仪治疗 13种 1148例皮损 ,根据皮损不同的组织病理特征 ,采用不同的治疗深度、手法。结果 :对 1148例患者进行了术后近期和远期的观察 ,近期表皮层皮损疗效优于真皮层皮损 ,远期疗效与病因有关。结论 :针对皮损的组织病理特点和病因 ,采用不同的治疗方法 。

objective: To study the influeces of the causes and histopathological characteristics on the results of the treatment of facial skin lesions with electric knife. Methods:13 kinds of different facial skin lesions were treated with electric knife in 1 148 cases. The treatment procedure varied with the causes and histopathological characteristics of the lesions and follow up was caried out in all the cases. Results: Better cosmetic results were obtained in the cases with epiderm lesions than those with derm lesions. Long term effectiveness was related to the causes of the lesions. Conclusion: For better cosmetic results, the causes and pathological characteristics of the facial skin lesions should be considered in the planning of treatment.
