提高教育质量,促进教育公平,是高等教育的核心任务和永恒主题。在追求教育公平的过程中,人们往往只注意到教育起点公平以及教育过程公平的实现,忽略对教育结果公平的关注。教育结果公平作为教育公平体系的重要组成部分,是大学提高教育质量的内在需求和基点。在提高教育质量过程中,大学应高度重视教育结果公平,牢固树立"以人为本,因材施教"的理念,创建有利于实现教育结果公平的机制,完善大学管理制度,优化大学生成长环境,充分发挥"第二课堂"的重要作用,建立科学的人才培养质量评价体系,努力实现教育结果公平。

Improving education quality and promoting educational equity are the essential tasks and eternal themes of higher education.In the pursuit of educational equity,people often focus on realization of the justice of educational starting point and process while ignore the equity of educational outcome.As an important constituent of educational equity system,the equity of educational outcome is the internal need and base of improving university education quality.To improve the quality of higher education,we should attach great importance to the equity of educational outcome,set up the philosophy of people-oriented teaching methodology,establish a mechanism conducive to equity of educational outcome,improve managerial systems,optimize environment for students＇ growth,fully utilize the ＂second class＂,construct a scientific evaluation system for talents cultivation and strive for equity of educational outcome.
