瘦素基因-2548G/A多态性与抗精神病药物所致体重增加的关系进展

摘要
非典型抗精神病药物在治疗精神分裂症时常引起患者体重增加。瘦素是由肥胖基因编码的蛋白质,其作用主要是通过抑制摄食、促进脂肪分解、增加机体能量消耗来调节正常人的体重。本文就瘦素基因-2548G/A的变异与抗精神病药物所致体重增加之间的关系进行综述,来了解抗精神病药物所致体重增加的相关机制,并指导临床用药。
