摘要
海水淡化盐度测控装置是利用测量淡化后水的电导率的方法计算出盐度。通过测得的盐度值与系统预设的报警值相比较,控制状态指示灯的变化和继电器的开断,从而实现报警和海水淡化系统的控制。该装置由STC12系列单片机、传感器和驱动等外围电路组成。盐度传感器测得值随温度变化而变化,需要进行温度补偿。为了对温度补偿算法进行研究,利用Matlab对几种算法进行了分析,选出最佳的补偿算法编程写入单片机系统,完成本装置的设计。
Salinity measurement and control device measure conductivity in desalinated seawater and calculate salinity.Compare measured salinity values with the default alarm salinity values,and control changes of status indicator and on/off of relay,so realize alarm and control of seawater desalination system.The equipment consists of STC12 series MCU,sensors,and driver peripheral circuits.The measured values of salinity sensor are affected by temperature,so it needs temperature compensation.A few kinds of algorithm are analyzed by Matlab,and the optimal compensation algorithm is found and programmed into MCU system,to finish the design of the device.
