摘要 设计了一种便携式超声波混凝土灌注基桩跨孔检测仪,系统采用Android平板作为检测参数设置、波形显示和数据分析终端,提高了开发便捷性和操作交互性。高性能TMS320F28335作为下位机主控芯片,通过USB通信线建立连接通道,增加了操作的灵活性,方便应用。分析了超声波检测基本原理和主要指标参量,设计了系统硬件电路和软件程序。为了测试系统性能,在现场对试件进行实际检测和数据处理分析,声时精度达到0.1μs,平均标准差控制在2%以内,一致性好,且混凝土缺陷检测准确可靠。实验结果表明:该检测仪性能稳定、使用方便、误差小,在基桩检测中具有广阔的应用前景。 A portable ultrasonic wave concrete pouring pile detector is designed,using Android tablet as the terminal to detect parameter setting,waveform display and data analysis,it improves developing convenient and operating interactive.Using high performance chip TMS320F28335 as main control chip of lower PC.Connecting pass is set up through USB communication wire,which increases operating flexibility and convenience.The basic principle of ultrasonic wave test and main index parameters are analyzed.The system hardware circuit and software program are designed.In order to test the system performance,practical test and datas processing and analysis are carried out on test-piece in scene,the sound-time precision reaches 0.1 μs and its average standard deviation is within 2 %,consistency is good,the defects detection are accurate and reliable.The experimental results verify that the detector works stably and is easy to use with small error,and has broad application prospect in pile detecting.
