摘要 针对我国工厂排污中水质监测存在的水质采样困难、数据实时处理差、水质监测对象复杂多变等问题,提出了一种基于CC2530的水质参数的远程实时监测系统设计方案。采用以CC2530为核心的ZigBee模块,构建基于Zig Bee协议的无线传感器网络,实现水质参数的采集;运用ARM7微处理器S3C4510B和SIM300GPRS无线通信模块开发的嵌入式网关实现数据的汇聚,并实现数据的远程传输;通过LabVIEW编写的上位机软件显示实时采集到的水质参数。测试结果表明:该系统性能稳定,实时性好,监测数据完整,可靠性良好,具有很好的产业推广前景。 Aiming at problems of water quality monitoring on Chinese factory sewage such as sampling difficulty,weak real-time data processing complex and changeable object of water quality monitoring,a design scheme of real-time water quality monitoring system based on CC2530 is proposed.Parameters acquisition of water quality is implemented,wireless sensor networks(WSNs) based on Zig Bee protocol is constructed,and CC530 is used as core in Zig Bee module.The data aggregation function and remote data transmission function are implemented through embedded gateway which is developed using microprocessor S3C4510 of ARM7 and the SIM300 of GPRS wireless communication module,and remote transmission of datas is realized.The real-time display function of water quality parameters is achieved by upper PC software programmed by LabVIEW.Test results show that the system has stable performance,good real-time,monitoring data integrity,good reliability,and excellent industry promotion prospects.
