摘要 具核梭杆菌广泛存在于牙菌斑生物膜中,在生物膜的形成、演替、代谢交流及水平基因转移方面起着重要的作用。具核梭杆菌在维护口腔微生态环境动态平衡的过程中具有重要意义。本文就具核梭杆菌在牙菌斑生物膜中发挥的作用作一综述。 Fusobacterium nucleatum(F, nucleatum) is a prominent component in dental plaque biofilms. It is also regarded as a key organism for dental plaque biofilm formation, shifts, metabolic exchanges, and horizontal gene transfer. Meanwhile, F. nucleatum is an important pathogen implicated in periodontitis and dental caries, and it acts as a "bridge" of coaggregation between supragingival and subgingival plaque microbiota. In summary, F. nucleatum significantly affects oral health balance. This review focused on F. nucleatum and its role in the ecology of dental plaque biofilms.
