妊娠期性激素变化与甲状腺癌 被引量:3

摘要 女性妊娠期时,胎盘滋养层细胞分泌绒毛膜促性腺激素(humanchorionicgonadotropin,hCG)、胎盘雌激素、孕酮等激素分泌增加。这些激素水平的变化在甲状腺肿瘤的发生发展中具有重要作用。妊娠期妇女若并发甲状腺结节,通常表现出快速增大极易恶变的特点,而对于妊娠期甲状腺癌患者的治疗原则,也是值得探讨的问题。
