甲状腺微小癌69例诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 甲状腺微小癌或甲状腺隐匿性微小癌（thyroid microcatcinoma，TMC）是指肿瘤最大直径≤1．0cm的甲状腺癌性结节。因TMC病灶微小，发病隐袭，常与结节性甲状腺肿或桥本甲状腺肿等甲状腺良性病变并存，又无特征性临床表现，漏诊及误诊率较高。本文分析经手术及病理证实的69例TMC，探讨如何提高术前、术中诊断率。
