局部晚期乳腺浸润性筛状癌一例 被引量：3

摘要 乳腺浸润性筛状癌（invasivecribriformcarcinoma，ICC）是一种较少见的乳腺浸润性癌，其发病率占乳腺癌的0．8％～3．5％。最早于1983年由Page等提出该病，并将其作为一种特殊类型的浸润性癌加以描述。至2003年WHO新版《乳腺和女性生殖系统肿瘤病理学和遗传学》才将其作为一种独立的病理类型予以确认。目前浸滑性筛状癌相关研究及报道较少，现对其临床表现、治疗方案、病理特征等进行分析。
