摘要
目的探讨细针穿刺细胞学检查在乳腺病诊断中的实用价值。方法对７０例病人行细针穿刺细胞学检查，并与术后病理结果对照。结果４６例恶性肿瘤诊断敏感性为９１．３％．２４例良性病变诊断特异性为１００％，总诊断正确率为９４．２９％。结论细针穿刺细胞学检查是一种简单易行，安全有效的诊断方法，值得临床应用推广。
Objective To study the practical value of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) for diagnosis in car- cinomas of the breast. Methods Total 70 cases of FNAC were performed and were checked with the histological diag- nosis. Results The sensitivity of diagnosis of malgnant tumor in 46 cases, the specificity of diagnosis of benign lesions in 24 cases and the overall accuracy of diagnosis were 91.3%,100% and 94.29% respectively. Conclusions FNAC is a simiple, efficacious and safe method. It has very important application value.
