PDCA循环管理理念下新建本科院校质量保障体系的构建

The Construction of Quality Assurance System in Newly-established Universities Based on the Concept of PDCA Cycle Management

针对新建本科院校质量保障体系中的主要问题,提出运用PDCA循环管理模式完善质量保障体系的基本思路与方法,注重顶层设计和过程管理,建立健全组织结构和规章制度,加强信息采集系统,完善质量分析报告,建立教师教学发展中心,保障循环管理的常态化、信息化和科学化。

This paper proposes the idea and method of the application of PDCA Cycle to the quality assurance system in newly-established universities.The newly-established universities should focus on the design of top-level,the management of processes,the establishment of structure and regulations,the reinforcement of message collection,the improvement of quality analysis,the set-up of teachers＇ teaching development center,and the insurance of normal,informationalized,and scientific Cycle Management.
