克山病病区和非病区儿童发中有关元素含量的动态观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过连续三年测定陕西省黄陵县克山病病区儿童发中铜、锌、铁、锰、硒含量,并与非病区儿童对比分析,以探讨病区儿童发中铜、锌、铁、锰、硒含量的变化及与克山病的关系。方法用原子吸收光谱法对比测定了三年间黄陵县克山病病区和非病区5~15岁儿童发中铜、锌、铁、锰和硒含量。结果:①病区儿童发铜、锌、锰、硒含量年间无明显差异,且与非病区儿童相比亦无显著性差异;②病区儿童发铁含量年间无明显变化,但组间相比均显著高于非病区儿童。结论病区儿童头发所测元素均无明显年度变化,且发中铜、锌、硒含量接近非病区水平。病区儿童发铁的高水平及其在克山病发病学中的意义值得进一步研究。 Objective Content of Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn and Se in hair of children in Ke - shan Disease(KSD) endemic area and non - endemic area were continually investigated in order to explore into the relationship of content change and KSD. Methods Determination of Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn and Se content in hair by the atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. Result Cu、Zn、Mn and Se content in hair of children in KSD endemic area and non endemic area were no significant difference and changed annually; Fe content in hair of children in endemic area were significantly higher than that of non - endemic, but no remarkably change in annual. Conclusion Cu、Zn、Fe、 Mn and Se content in hair of children in KSD endemic area are no significant change in annual, and the hair Cu、Zn、Se contents are approximately equal to the non - endemic and come up to the countryside standard. It indicates that the relation of Fe levels of children in KSD endemic area to the occurrence of the disease merits further research.
