摘要
目的 观察丙肝核酸疫苗的免疫效果。方法 用丙肝病毒C +E1区基因的真核表达重组质粒pSVL HCV/C +E1免疫蛇毒预处理的BALB/C和C57BL小鼠 ,两周后采用ELISA法开始检测抗体滴度。结果真核表达重组质粒pSVL HCV/C +E1免疫能诱导小鼠免疫应答 ,产生高水平的特异抗体。特别是C57BL小鼠抗体反应最好 ,初次免疫就能产生高水平的特异抗体 ,加强后能持续数周 ,最高滴度OD值达 1 4 5。结论 说明丙肝核酸免疫能够诱导高水平的体液免疫。
Objective Observing immune response to hepatitis C nucleic acid vaccine in mouse.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]BALB/C and C 57 BL mice predisposed with snake toxin were immunized with the nucleic acid vaccine pSVL HCV/C+E 1 by intramuscular and subcutaneous inoculation.After two weeks,we began to detect the titer of antibody with ELISA.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The results indicate the nucleic acid immunization can induce mice to generate immune responses and high level specific antibody.C 57 BL mice could generate high level specific antibody in first immunization,and the antibody level could last several weeks after enhancing,the best antibody titer is 1.45(OD value).[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The study suggest that hepatitis C nucleic acid vaccine can induce high level humoral immunity [WT5”HZ]
