应用型大学的人才培养计划以市场需求为导向,在注重培养学生的学科基础的同时培养其社会发展所需的专门知识和实践能力。因此,其教学质量管理体系也有着与研究型大学和技术型院校不同的特点。本文探讨了目前应用型大学教学质量管理中存在的问题,并提出了以PDCA模式构建高校全面质量管理的可行性建议。

Application- oriented university personnel training program is based on market demand, when Focus on student＇ s basic academic knowledge training we should also try to develop their social development of the necessary expertise and practical ability. Therefore, the teaching quality management system will also has different characteristics compare with research university and technology college. This paper discusses the teach- ing quality management in application - oriented University problems at present, and puts forward some feasible suggestions to build comprehensive quality management in Colleges and universities with PDCA mode.
