伪蛛网膜下腔出血征像及CT值变化规律分析
摘要
伪蛛网膜下腔出血（p-SAH）CT经常出现过诊导致临床不必要的治疗，因此cT的正确诊断非常重要。我们搜集5例误诊病例，分析p-SAH患者的CT直接征象和间接征象，旨在提高对该病的认识。 1 资料与方法 1.1一般资料收集抚宁县人民医院2010年10月至2012年12月p-SAH患者5例，排除头外伤患者。所有患者均行CT和MRI检查，CT、MRI检查时间相差未超过1 d。MRI检查包括T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR、DWI、ESWAN序列。患者年龄7～62岁，平均年龄34.5岁。急性脑梗死2例，脑膜脑炎1例，糖尿病重症1例，幕上重度脑积水1例。其中3例患者检查时为昏迷状态。
