microRNA在子宫内膜癌中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着医学研究的不断发展,近年来癌症研究的热点从编码蛋白的癌基因和抑癌基因转移到了不编码蛋白、却能高效调控癌基因和抑癌基因表达的microRNA(miRNA)。目前,国内外对miRNA在妇科肿瘤的研究不断深入开展,而在子宫内膜癌中尚缺乏系统深入的研究。子宫内膜癌作为妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率呈上升趋势,其致癌机制尚不清楚,探索致癌机制、攻克这一疾病是目前亟待解决的问题。特此对miRNA在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展进行综述,以期更多研究者参与其中,进行更深入的研究。
