老年心力衰竭患者血清B-利钠肽水平与心功能的相关性 被引量：2

摘要 随着老龄化社会的到来与发展，与增龄相关的疾病明显增多。老年人作为心血管疾病的主要患病群体，由于心血管系统增龄性改变，心肌的收缩力、顺应性逐渐下降，代偿能力减低等原因使老年心力衰竭已成为老年人的致死致残病因方面主要原因[1，2]。老年人存在心血管结构和功能的增龄变化，使其疾病l临床表现有其隐匿性、非特异性、特殊性、复杂性、多变性等特点，对老年疾病早期诊断、鉴别、病变严重程度、近远期预后判断等困难较大。心力衰竭是一系列神经内分泌因子的激活参与了血流动力学紊乱及心室重构过程，
