摘要
交通噪声已经成为影响居住品质的重要因素之一。虽然现行法规规定了住宅的室外、室内允许噪声值,但对于影响室内噪声的各建筑构件(如外墙)来说,由于缺少具体的量化方法,因此仍然难以准确判断出其在整个建筑隔声中所起的作用。文中针对这些现实问题,利用噪声地图工具,提出了结合室外噪声值的含窗外墙隔声量指标要求以及初步的估算方法,并在实践中进行了应用。
The traffic noise has become one of the important factors that affect the living quality.Although the current regulations have defined the outdoor,indoor allowable noise value of the residential,but for the lack of specific quantitative methods,it is still difficult to accurately determine the sound insulation of each building component（such as a wall containing windows） that affecting the interior noise.To these practical problems,the author use noise mapping tools,put forward the preliminary estimation method and the sound insulation value of the building facades wall containing windows in combination with outdoor noise value,and applied in practice.
