不同程度老年慢性左心衰竭患者CD42b、hs-CRP和CD61的表达 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察循环血小板膜糖蛋白CD42b和血小板β3整合素CD61在不同程度老年慢性左心衰竭患者中的表达水平。方法使用流式细胞仪和免疫散射比浊法检测不同程度老年慢性左心衰竭患者CD42b、CD61和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的表达水平。结果随着NYHA分级升高和慢性左心衰竭程度的加重,CD42b和CD61水平下降,hs-CRP水平升高。NYHAⅠ级组CD42b、CD61水平均高于NYHAⅣ级组,hs-CRP水平显著低于NYHAⅣ级组,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 CD42b、CD61和hs-CRP水平的变化与老年慢性左心衰竭的发生发展及严重程度密切相关。 Objective It is to observe the expressions of circulating CD42b,CD61 and hs - CRP in elderly patients with various degrees of chronic left heart failure(CLHD). Methods The expressions of peripheral blood CD42b,CD61 and hs - CRP were determined in elderly patients with various degrees of CLHD by flow cytometry and immune nephelometry. Results With the increasing of NYHA class and the development of CLHD, the levels of CD42b and CD61 were lowered down and the level of hs - CRP was elevated in elderly patients with severe chronic LV failure. The levels of CD42b and CD61 in NYHA class I group were both higher than that in NYHA class IV group; but the hs - CRP level was significantly lower than that in NYHA class IV group. The differences were all significant (P〈0.01). Conclusion The changes of the levels of CD42b, CD61 and hs - CRP are closely related with the development and severity of CLHD in elderly patients.
