阿折地平对高血压患者左室舒张功能的影响被引量：3

摘要目的探讨阿折地平治疗原发性高血压合并左室舒张不全的临床疗效。方法选择轻、中度原发性高血压伴舒张功能减退患者92例,分成阿折地平组(47例)和氨氯地平组(45例),以阿折地平8～16 mg/d或氨氯地平5～10 mg/d为基础进行血压控制,观察期为5个月。治疗前后分别测定血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)浓度及超声心动图。结果 2组患者药物治疗后血压降低的同时血浆BNP浓度较治疗前降低(P<0.05);阿折地平组血浆BNP浓度的降低程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05),2组心脏超声指标较治疗前均有改善,2组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论阿折地平能延缓高血压患者左室肥厚发生,改善左室舒张功能。
