Bioinformatics Analysis of CAPN10 Gene in Cattle

摘要 从GenBank中获得普通牛CAPN10基因CDs序列,对其核苷酸序列和编码蛋白序列及其蛋白结构进行生物信息学分析,结果表明,普通牛CAPN10蛋白编码640个氨基酸残基,相对分子质量70.42 kD,理论等电点(pI)8.02,其氨基酸序列中存在较强的亲水区域,二级结构以α-螺旋和无规卷曲为主的混合型。 The CDs sequence of cattle CAPNIO were obtained in the GenBank. The bioinformatics analysis of amino acid sequence, and putative protein structure of CAPNIO gene were conducted. The results showed that CAPNIO gene encoded 640 amino acids. The molecular weight and theory isoelectric point of protein encoded by CAPNIO gene were 70.42 kD and 8.02, respectively. There was a hydrophilic region of catde CAPN10. The putative secondary structure of CAPN10 was mixed type of mainly α-helices and random coil.
