园艺植物脱毒技术方法研究进展

Research Advance in the Techniques and Methods of Horticultural Plant Virus-Free

植物脱毒的方法有热处理脱毒法、化学疗法、组织培养脱毒法、微体嫁接离体培养脱毒法和超低温脱毒法。超低温脱毒以其操作简便,将成为下一个应用最广泛的脱毒方法;组织培养脱毒法中的花药培养脱毒的脱毒率为100%,是植物脱毒的又一个新的趋势。文中对这些脱毒方法在园艺植物中的研究进展进行了综述。

There are several virus-free methods, such as thermotherapy, chemotherapy, tissue culture, micrografing in vitro and cryotherapy. Cryotherapy, as its simple operation, will be the next most popular method. Anther culture, whose virus-free rate is 100%, is a new trend. The research progress of these virus-free methods in horticulture plants was discussed.
