地黄中微量元素的主成分分析和聚类分析

Study on Trace Elements in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch by Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis

[目的]采用主成分分析和聚类分析2种模式分析方法对地黄中的微量元素进行研究。[方法]选择6种微量元素的含量为指标,对不同来源的地黄药材进行主成分评价和聚类分析。[结果]主成分分析较全面的反映了药材样本的信息,评价结果具有一定的客观性,与聚类分析结果一致。[结论]主成分分析和聚类分析可用于中药材多指标的质量评价。

[ Objective ] The trace elements in Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. were studied by using principle component analysis and cluster analysis method. [Method] Selecting six trace elements contents as indicator, R. glutinosa from different area was analyzed by using principle component and cluster method. [ Result ] The principle component analysis can comprehensively reflect medicinal material sample information, the results are objective, which is accordance with that of clustering analysis. [ Conclusion] Principal component analysis and cluster analysis method can be used for the quality evaluation of multiple index traditional Chinese medicine.
