摘要
[目的]为科学开发利用青海茸鹿资源,进而提高茸鹿养殖经济效益提供参考。[方法]引进天山马鹿,与青海马鹿开展了杂交试验,对天山马鹿、青海马鹿与天青杂交马鹿的产茸量进行研究。[结果]天青杂交马鹿前两锯具有明显的杂种优势,第5锯产茸量显著高于纯种青海马鹿(P<0.05),天青杂交马鹿的产茸量整体优于纯种青海马鹿。[结论]利用天山马鹿杂交改良青海马鹿,能明显提高杂种后代的产茸性能。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to scientifically exploit and utilize the resources of Qinghai antler deer and provide references for enhancing the economic benefits of antler deer culture. [ Method] Cervus elaphus songaricus was introduced to make the cross experiment with Cervus elaphus Linnaeus. The antler yield of C. elaphus songaricus , C. elaphus Linnaeus, C. elaphus songaricus x C. elaphus Linnaeus were studied. [ Result] The antler yield of the first two saws of C. elaphus songaricus x C. elaphus Linnaeus had obvious heterosis. Its antler yield of the fifth saw was significantly higher than that of pure Cervus elaphus Linnaeus. The antler yield of C. elaphus songaricus x C. elaphus Linnaeus was fully better than pure Cervus elaphus Linnaeus. [ Conclusion ] Hybridizing Cervus elaphus Linnaeus with Cervus elaphus songaricus could obviously enhance the antler yield property of hybrid offspring.
