陶赛特·波得代改良滩羊羔羊3月龄生长发育研究

Study on the Growth and Development of 3-month-old Tan Sheep Hybrid Combination with Dorset and Borderdale

[目的]提高滩羊的产肉性能。[方法]用引进的陶赛特羊、波德代羊与滩羊杂交,以不同杂交组合的后代(F1、F2及F3)及当地滩羊为研究对象,对杂交后代3月龄的体重、体高和体长等指标进行测定,探讨最佳杂交组合模式。[结果]在西北半荒漠草原的生态环境条件下,杂种三代羊体重、体高、体长等体尺指标均优于对应杂交二代、一代及当地滩羊,杂交二代优于杂交一代,而杂交一代优于当地滩羊,三元杂交组合优于二元杂交组合,公羊优于母羊。随着杂交代数的增加,杂种后代的生长发育速度加快,产肉性能得到提高。[结论]以滩羊为母本,用陶赛特羊和波德代为父本进行经济杂交生产高档商品羔羊肉效果明显,且陶赛特性能优于波德代。

[Objective]The research aimed to improve the meat performance of Tan sheep.[Method]Dorset and Borderdale were introduced and hybridized with Tan sheep.Using the offspring of different hybrid combinations（F1,F2 and F3） and local Tan sheep as research object,the body weight,body weight and body length and other indices of 3-month-old hybrid offspring were determined.And the optimum hybrid combination was discussed.[Result] Under the ecological environment conditions of northwest semidesert grassland,the body weight,body height,body length and other body size indices of F3 were better than that of F2,F1 and local Tan sheep,that of F2 was better than that of F1,and that of F1 was better than that of local Tan sheep.The body size indices of three-way crossbreeding combinations were better than that of two-way crossbreeding combinations,and that of male sheep were better than that of female sheep.With the increase of crossbreeding generation,the growth and development speed of hybrid offspring quickened and the meat performance were enhanced.[Conclusion] Tan sheep was used as maternal parent to make economic crossbreeding with Dorset and Borderdale.And obvious effects of producing high-grade lamb meat were obtained.The performance of Dorset was better than that of Borderdale.
