摘要
通过对当前几个典型的农村信息化范式进行分析研究,阐述农村信息化的现状及其仍未解决的一些问题,提出了一条以嵌入式手机为终端的农村信息化发展新思路,探索出一条适合未来农村信息化发展的低廉高效农村多元信息化服务新范式。
Several typical paradigms of informatization in rural were studied, the status of rural information and some issues remain unresolved were elaborated, a new idea to develop rural information with embedded mobile phone terminal was put forward, an inexpensive and efficient information service paradigm for the future development in rural was explored.
