乌鲁木齐市社区糖尿病患者健康教育需求的调查及分析

Investigation and analysis on diabetics′ health education needs in communities of Urumqi

目的了解社区糖尿病患者对健康教育的需求情况,探索社区糖尿病患者的健康教育内容及模式。方法采取问卷调查的方式对82例社区糖尿病患者健康知识需求、认知情况、获得健康知识途径、需求方式进行调查分析。结果患者对健康教育内容需求多。患者较关注的问题包括提高自我护理的技能、并发症识别与预防(95.1%)、治疗方法与效果(94.0%)、疾病的控制与预后(91.5%)等。适合患者的受欢迎的教育方式主要为医护人员个别性健康指导(92.7%)、病友经验介绍(90.2%)、社区保健服务(86.6%)、专家讲座(85.4%)等。结论通过了解糖尿病的患者健康知识需求,进行针对性的健康教育,可提高患者的认知水平,掌握自我管理技能,提高生活质量。

Objective To collect diabetics′needs for health education and explore the education content and pattern for diabetics .Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the health education needs for 82 diabetics from Urumqi communities .Results The diabetics needs a lot on health education and they pay much more attention on some certain aspects ,such as improving self-nursing skills ,complica-tions identification ,prevention （95 .1% ） ,treatment methods and effect （94 .0% ） ,disease control ,prog-nosis （91 .5% ）and so on . The popular education modes for patients include individual health guide （92 .7% ） ,ward-mates′experience introduction （90 .2% ） ,community health services （86 .6% ） ,etc .Con-clusion We can conduct targeted health education based on the knowledge of diabetics′health education demands so as to improve their quality of life and the ability of self-nursing.
