新疆某高校6所附属医院医疗质量对比研究

The contrast research of medical service quality in Xinjiang Medical University′s six affiliated hospitals

目的分析新疆某高校6所附属医院医疗质量状况,提出适宜乌鲁木齐市公立医院发展的思路。方法获取新疆某高校6所附属医院(分别为A、B、C、D、E、F医院)医疗质量以及人力资源方面的数据,主要包括医生占医技人员比、医生护士比、治愈率、入院三日确诊率、出院与入院诊断符合率和危重病人抢救成功率等指标,使用Excel 2003软件建立数据库,采用构成比对数据进行描述。结果 2011年C医院医护比最小为0.5,A医院医护比最大为0.83;6所附属医院治愈率均在95%以上;E医院出入院诊断符合率最低(94.00%),A医院最高达到99.95%;F医院危重病人抢救成功率较低(58.10%),A医院与C医院都达到90%以上。结论公立医院应该提高医疗质量,提高出入院诊断率和三日确诊率,提高危重病人抢救能力;同时优化人力资源配置,合理调整医护比,为公立医院的良好运营奠定基础。

Objective To put forward appropriate development approaches for public hospitals in Urumqi through analyzing the medical service quality of Xinjiang Medical University′s six affiliated hospitals . Methods Collect medical service quality and human resources data of Xinjiang Medical University＇s six af-filiated hospitals （hospital A ,B ,C ,D ,E and F） ,including the ration of doctors to technicians ,doctors to nurses and the cure rate ,three-day hospital diagnosis rate ,hospital discharge and diagnosis coincidence rate ,the success rate in rescuing critically ill patients and other indicators .Then use Excel 2003 software to set up the database ,and analyze the data .Results The minimum doctors to technicians rate in hospital C in 2011 was 0 .5 ,and the maximum in hospital A is 0 .83 ;cure rate of all the six affiliated hospitals is a-bove 95% ;the diagnosis coincidence rate in hospital E is the lowest （94 .00% ） while hospital A is the highest ,up to 99 .95% ;the success rate in rescuing critically ill patients in hospital F is comparably low （58 .10% ） w hile this ratio in hospital A and C reaches above 90% .Conclusion Public hospitals in U rumqi should improve their quality of medical treatment ,three-day hospital diagnosis rate and their rescue ability of critically ill patients ;At the same time ,optimize the human resources setting ,rationally adjust the ratio of doctors to nurses and lay a solid foundation for the betterment of public hospitals .
